What this is

A 34-page PDF holding five complete build specs. Each spec is a technical document written for Claude Code to execute.

You hand the PDF to Claude Code. It interviews you about your brand and your workflows, then builds your version of each tool on your machine.

The five tools:

  • Graphics system: carousels and single graphics on your brand. What we use instead of Canva.

  • Deck pipeline: outline in, finished PDF deck out, one takeaway per slide. Instead of Gamma.

  • Video pipeline: storyboard as a text file, deterministic frames, ffmpeg cut. Instead of Descript.

  • Notes system: dictation and meeting transcripts that segment, classify, and file themselves. Instead of Granola.

  • The open-model rig: bulk AI work (labeling, extraction, classification) on cheap open models through Ollama, with quality gates that block until they pass.

How it works

  1. Download the PDF.

  2. Open Claude Code and say: "Read spec A-01 in this PDF and build it. Interview me first."

  3. Answer the interview. Brand colors, font files, formats, where things should live.

  4. Claude builds the tool phase by phase. Every phase ends with checks it has to pass before moving on. No phase is skipped, nothing is assumed.

  5. Use it for real work. When the output bugs you, say so in one sentence. That fix lands in the system, not in one graphic.

Start with the Graphics system. It is the fastest win and it teaches the pattern the other four specs use.
