Most leadership problems aren't leadership problems. They're a self the leader can't yet see clearly, running the room from behind the glass.

This is a 30-minute conversation, not a sales call. You bring the thing you're wrestling with — a decision, a pattern that keeps repeating, a role you've grown into but don't quite feel yet. I listen at the level of roots rather than fruits: not the presenting problem, but what's underneath it holding the shape in place.

You'll leave with one clear insight you didn't walk in with. Whether we work together after that is a separate question, with no pressure toward it. Some people take the insight and go. Some want to keep going, and for them I offer deeper engagements built around Leadership Intelligence — the capacity that arises from three domains: Self, Human, and System.
