That “I wonder if I could…” idea? Bring it and we'll build it!

Build the confidence to use AI creatively, bring your ideas to life, and grow what you can do at work.

Maybe there’s a tedious process at work you’re convinced could be better. A tool you wish existed. A creative idea you keep putting off because you don’t know how to make it.

Or you’ve started using AI, but you’re still figuring out where it’s useful—and whether what it gives you is actually any good.

I love working through those questions.

AI Learning for Career Growth

I’m Kat, a former teacher who now leads Product Marketing and AI Enablement. I’ve used AI to build internal tools, rethink workflows, and take on work I wouldn’t have known how to approach a few years ago. That learning has been part of my own career growth, including a promotion.

I want to help you explore what it could make possible for you, too.

We’ll work on something that matters to you, get our hands messy, and develop your judgment along the way (we don't do slop here). You can be excited about the possibilities and still have questions about how much of the process you want to hand over.

There’s space for the hard questions here too.

This is for you if…

  • You work in marketing, product, operations, or another business role and want to apply AI to your actual work.

  • You have an idea for a tool, workflow, or creative project, but need help getting started.

  • You’ve tried AI and thought, “Well, that’s technically what I asked for… but I wouldn’t use it.”

  • You want to take on new challenges and build evidence of what you can contribute.

  • You care about keeping your own voice, creativity, and judgment in the work.

Bring a rough idea or recurring workflow frustration is a perfectly good place to start, and we can iterate to bring your ideas to life...together!

What we’ll work on...together

-Finding a worthwhile problem

We’ll look at what you’re trying to accomplish, who it needs to help, and where you’re getting stuck. Then we’ll choose a manageable place to begin.

-Building something you can use

Depending on your goals, we might work on a repeatable content process, a custom AI assistant, an internal or external tool prototype, or a workflow that makes a frustrating part of your job easier.

You’ll participate in the building so you understand the choices we’re making and can keep learning afterward.

-Developing taste and discernment (because yes, I think we can learn that too!)

A polished answer can still miss the point. We’ll practice evaluating outputs against their purpose: Is this accurate? Does it fit the audience? Does it sound like you? What’s missing?

We’ll also explore when consistency is helpful and when the work needs more of your particular perspective. Sometimes AI can take away the strange little detail is what makes it worth paying attention to...we'll figure out how to still keep the parts that make it uniquely you.

-Making your contribution visible

If career growth is part of your goal, we’ll work on explaining the problem you tackled, the decisions you made, and the difference your work creates. That gives you something concrete to bring into conversations about new responsibilities and opportunities.

What you’ll leave with

We’ll agree on a realistic outcome for our time together. Depending on your starting point and the scope of your project, that could include:

  • A first version of a workflow, assistant, or prototype—or a clear plan for a larger build.

  • Practical criteria for reviewing and improving its outputs.

  • A next experiment you can try independently.

  • Language to explain what you built and why it matters, so you can better advocate for yourself and your career growth with your new skills!

My goal is for you to leave understanding what we did, why we did it, what you want to try next, and how to market your new skills.

Hi, I'm Kat!

I have a habit of seeing potential in people, products, and old houses, too.

I’m a former classroom teacher with a master’s in education, now leading Product Marketing and AI Enablement at Daybreak Health. My AI work focuses on internal workflows, external apps directly tied to revenue, and helping colleagues learn to use the tools thoughtfully.

I’ve built tools that bring scattered account information together, helped colleagues experiment with new ways of working, and spent plenty of time being the beginner myself.

Outside of work, I’m restoring a house built in 1856. There is usually something I’m learning how to make, fix, or wallpaper.

Teaching still runs through all of it. I love helping someone work through the uncertain parts of learning until they can say, “Wait. I made that.”

I'm a proud former teacher, and while I left the classroom, I'm still teaching. I'm unreasonably optimistic about what people can learn and accomplish with the right support.

How we’ll work together

Before we meet: You’ll share your goals, experience with AI, and an idea or challenge you’d like to explore.

During our session: We’ll choose a focus and work through it together, with room to experiment, ask questions, and understand why something works—or doesn’t.

Before we wrap up: We’ll review what you’ve made or decided and map out your next steps.

Looking for training for your team that isn't boring?

Taking practical lessons from having been a teacher for 7 years, I know how to lead enablement that doesn't put people to sleep.

Schedule a hands-on AI workshop for your team to help you grow towards enterprise level adoption with AI that directly impacts revenue.

In my tech job, I codeveloped AI policy and led enablement to help save a lean start up 700 hours with 78% internal employee adoption rates in month one. Since then I've helped develop system-level app builders across each department so workflows can scale AI systems to maximize ROI.

We’ll build the training around your team’s work, experience, and approved tools. Participants will practice on relevant problems, get feedback, and learn how to assess the quality of what they create.

We can focus on creative workflows, useful internal tools, or helping people make thoughtful decisions about where AI belongs in their work.

What's next? Schedule a chat with Kat.

Tell me what you’re hoping to build, or what you keep thinking should be easier, and we'll talk next steps to get your ideas out of your head and into the world.
