This is a three-month, client-led coaching partnership for the questions that are specific to your work, life, and leadership.

Clarifying what you want next—and what matters most in this season of your life
Working through a meaningful career or leadership decision
Recognizing the patterns that show up under pressure, such as over-functioning, second-guessing, or taking on too much
Preparing for conversations, boundaries, or experiments that move you forward
Turning insight into grounded action you can realistically sustain
You will have a dedicated partner who can help you make sense of the messy parts, challenge your assumptions, and keep moving when the familiar default starts to take over.
The partnership includes
Six 60-minute private coaching sessions over three months
A private voice-note or written support channel between sessions, with responses within two business days
Reflection, accountability, and support tailored to what you are navigating
By the end, you will not have a generic career plan. You will have greater clarity about what you want, stronger trust in your own decisions, and practical next steps that fit your real life.
