I found the course to be highly valuable and genuinely enjoyable. The presenter deserves particular recognition. Her energy really made a big impact during the course, but what stood out most to me was the depth of experience and judgement that she brought to the discussions. Rather than simply explaining methods, she consistently explored the reasoning behind them and the context in which they should be applied. For me, this was the distinguishing feature of the course. I came away learning not only the subject matter, but also a great deal from observing how an experienced practitioner approaches complex problems. . Many professional courses focus primarily on processes, templates, or prescribed techniques. Those elements were certainly covered, but the discussions regularly stepped back to consider the wider concept

This was a very practical and useful course, even if you are already comfortable with similar tools. I have followed and enjoyed the instructor’s work for a long time, and the course still managed to provide fresh insights, new ideas, and plenty of practical value.
