I've spent over 27 years helping senior leaders, spokespeople and subject matter experts have the confidence to know what matters, and say it clearly enough to be heard, remembered and understood.

My background is in communications, and as a media trainer I prepare people to handle interviews where only a small part of what’s said is ever used.

I’m The Media Trainer, and creator of Brand Champion Bootcamp, an eLearning programme used by professionals worldwide. I also train journalists and communications professionals to deliver media training themselves with The Media Trainer Method, so these frameworks are applied, tested and taught in practice.
