Aman Merchant is a Dubai-based serial entrepreneur, CEO coach, and board advisor with nearly three decades of experience making high-stakes decisions across 12 ventures spanning education, innovation, and impact.
He is Founder & Chief Provocateur of Radicle and Founder of d’labs, where he works with founders, CEOs, and boards to design decision systems, leadership operating rhythms, and scalable execution frameworks.
Aman is Adjunct Faculty at NYU Abu Dhabi and serves as Entrepreneur Mentor in Residence at London Business School. He holds a First-Class MA (Hons) from Oxford University, with executive education from Harvard Business School and Stanford GSB.
