I've spent the past decade at the intersection of UX, product metrics, and behavioral science, figuring out what actually moves business outcomes in complex enterprise products. I hold a PhD focused on gamification and user engagement, and a Master's in Statistics. I don't guess what works - I measure it. Currently I'm a Principal UX Designer at Aize, where I focus on product analytics and bridging the gap between user research and real product decisions.
