I’m Alan Street, founder of The Solver Collaborative. My career spans more than 30 years digitizing customer experiences, including work at IBM, Bank of America, and Acxiom, with client engagements in 32 countries.

Today, I build AI applications and teach from that experience. My multi-tenant GraphRAG application, AnswerQuestions.ai, supports organizational chatbots and email responses. It also gives me a working environment for investigating AI threats and testing controls.

I wrote the book An AI/LLM Application Threat Modeling Framework to help practitioners connect what their applications do to relevant threats and controls. My teaching uses concrete examples to help you apply that process to your own application.
