Welcome to Micro Managers Anonymous. If you can’t stay off the factory floor, Hugo and Eleanor have a seven-step programme for you.
Your agent can write code. How do you turn that into a software factory that takes on useful work while you’re away?
Hugo Bowne-Anderson and Eleanor Berger take you through seven steps: specify what you want and how you’ll check it, personalise your harness with project context and skills, automate recurring work, and turn corrections into continual learning. You’ll decide what the agent can test, what evidence it should bring back, and where you need to make the call.
