Weekly Report Skill Builder: turn your team's weekly report into a Claude skill

Every team has one person who knows how the weekly report is done. The rules live in their head, so when they're off, it's late or wrong.

This is a Claude skill. Add it to Claude, attach this week's file and last week's report, and it will:

• ask about your report and the rules nobody has written down

• draft this week's report from your own files, with a "Check before sending" box

• fix it with you until it's right

• write your team's own weekly report skill, ready to save and share

It never invents a number, and a person always signs the report off. It takes about 20 minutes.

Heads of operations and team leads who write or check a weekly report and want anyone on the team to produce it the same way. You don't need to be technical.
