Why this topic matters

Most professionals rely on one income source: their job. This session shows how to begin building an ecommerce asset with structure and discipline. You’ll understand the key decisions that determine viability, the roadmap from idea to launch, and what it realistically takes to grow toward meaningful revenue. Walk away thinking like an owner — not just an employee.

Successfully built and scaled eCommerce Business Operator for 8 years

I am an ecommerce operator and product leader focused on building real, sustainable businesses.

Over the past six years, I have built and operated a multi-channel ecommerce company from zero to six-figure annual revenue. I’ve scaled across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify, navigating product selection, supplier sourcing, margin modeling, inventory management, and marketplace optimization. My approach has always been disciplined and data-driven — grounded in unit economics, risk management, and long-term viability.

Alongside my ecommerce experience, I bring over a decade of product leadership experience working on large-scale consumer and payments platforms. That background shapes how I think about business building: strategically, analytically, and with a focus on sustainable growth rather than short-term wins.

I teach because too many aspiring entrepreneurs rely on scattered advice and trial-and-error. Most failures happen before launch due to poor product choices or weak financial structure. My goal is to provide a clear, structured path so serious professionals can build with confidence.

Students working with me gain practical frameworks, honest feedback, and operator-level thinking — not hype.
