Oscar Garcia
3x Founder. Head of Product Design shaping how teams work.
Hello. I'm Oscar. I’ve created and sold two companies. 8 years ago I moved to Berlin to work as Head of Product Design, supporting teams in complex enterprise environments through change and growth. I've led initiatives at the intersection of product, systems, and organizational design, focusing on how teams make decisions, adopt new ways of working, and operate under uncertainty.
My experience spans building organizations from the ground up as well as evolving existing systems in complex contexts.
In this course, students benefit from my hands-on perspective on designing structures that enable learning, alignment, and sustainable execution inside real teams to achieve real measurable results.
Sergey Völker
Psychology, Agility and AI. Leading organizations and teams through complexity
Hi, I'm Sergey. I bridge the gap between strategy, technical implementation and organizational systems. My background spans engineering and organizational psychology, so I can translate executive strategy into operational workflows and back.
I've spent six years managing cross-functional programs at Deutsche Bahn and four years driving delivery across 20+ teams in fintech. Now, I'm focused on AI transformation work, moving from infrastructure coordination to helping organizations adopt new tools and mindset.
This course pulls from mistakes I've made rolling things out in production. I'll walk you through what worked, what didn't, and what to watch for so you can skip the expensive learning curve and get to implementation patterns that deliver.
