Why this topic matters

Managers are expected to make progress on AI, but many feel overwhelmed by tools, and expectations. Doing nothing looks like falling behind; choosing the wrong initiative risks wasted time, lost credibility, and poor ROI. Most teams don’t lack permission, they lack a clear way to decide what’s worth trying. This session helps leaders cut through the noise and make evidence-based decisions.

You'll learn from

Oscar Garcia

2x Founder. Head of Product Design shaping how teams work.

Hello. I'm Oscar. I’ve created and sold two companies. 8 years ago I moved to Berlin to work as Head of Product Design, supporting teams in complex enterprise environments through change and growth. I've led initiatives at the intersection of product, systems, and organizational design, focusing on how teams make decisions, adopt new ways of working, and operate under uncertainty.

My experience spans building organizations from the ground up as well as evolving existing systems in complex contexts.

In this course, students benefit from my hands-on perspective on designing structures that enable learning, alignment, and sustainable execution inside real teams to achieve real measurable results.

Sergey Völker

DevEx, Agility & AI @ Lucanet | R&D, Transformation & Operations

Hi, I'm Sergey. I'm a manager, coach, and founder of Vector North a consultancy focused on enterprise AI adoption and organizational change. I specialize at the intersecting leadership, systems, and execution.

I'm currently leading AI transformation projects at global fintech SaaS and for independent clients.

I have over 10 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, including six years at Deutsche Bahn coordinating large-scale programs across Germany and four years in fintech SaaS driving delivery across 20+ teams.

Over the past 1.5 years, my work has focused on practical AI and agile transformation: piloting agentic tools with developers, building governance frameworks, enabling hundreds of employees, and advising leadership on adoption and ROI.

With my background spanning engineering and organizational psychology, I can bridge the technical architecture and human systems, helping organizations adopt AI responsibly while navigating change, complexity, and post-M&A integration.
