Why this topic matters

Shipping AI systems to production takes more than a strong model. Teams must manage versioning, failures, monitoring, and cost constraints that don’t appear in prototypes. This session covers the practical steps to move from experiments to production deployments, ship changes safely, and design AI systems that stay reliable as usage grows.
