Rapid advances in AI are accelerating expectations of what one product manager can handle. As teams hire fewer PMs, those that remain will be the best at delegating & supervising AI, with a core set of soft skills. As PMs, we need to be first to disrupt ourselves—and earn a reputation for being comfortable integrating and managing AIs at work.
