Why this topic matters

Creating AI avatars of your co-founder might sound unconventional, but it’s been a hit at my workshops for entrepreneurs. In early-stage startups, decision-making is the game and AI avatars help you move fast. In this lesson, you will go beyond the basics and learn to model the expertise, communication style and decision-making patterns of your teams. Identify blindspots and make speed your moat.

Malcolm Werchota

Co-founder coatingAI, AI Consultant with 50+ workshops for startups & CXOs

Malcolm Werchota isn’t your typical AI expert from the Silicon Valley bubble. His background comes from the gritty, high-stakes worlds of oil and gas, consumer health, and pharma. This has equipped him to guide companies and startups with real-world, impactful AI strategies. Recently, Malcolm conducted an AI bootcamp (which was a huge hit!) for founders in Italy in partnership with Feat.Ventures. He is also a seasoned entrepreneur. He co-founded coatingAI, a company that leverages artificial intelligence to automate coating processes while reducing environmental impact, and werchota.ai which offers AI solutions for startups and corporates.

In the past six months, Malcolm has conducted over 50 workshops—in English, Spanish, French, and German—for banks, pharma companies, startups, and FMCG giants like Nestlé and Johnson & Johnson. Microsoft Switzerland invited Malcolm to lead sessions on Copilot, showing their teams and clients how AI can impact their bottom line. Malcolm’s workshops are hands-on, focused, and built to get results, especially for those hesitant to dive into AI. With 15+ years of industry experience, Malcolm knows that the best AI solutions come from real-world insights. He makes complex AI simple, memorable, and genuinely useful, not just another certification. And with Malcolm, you’re having a blast doing it.
