Why this topic matters

Vibe coding doesn't cut it when building production software. Through this lesson, you'll learn 5 prompts used by teams from startups to public enterprises to confidently ship AI production code using a thoughtful human-in-the-loop framework. We'll apply it to a real-life problem so you can see how to apply the prompts to software in the wild.

Creator of Stanford's AI Coding Course

I’m Head of AI at a startup building the future AI-powered revenue platform for GTM teams. I'm also a lecturer at Stanford, where I created and teach "The Modern Software Developer", the world's first university course on AI software development.

In past lives, I was a technical lead at Amazon Alexa where I built the first LLMs for the organization. I also founded a YC-backed AI coding company. Before that I started Confetti AI, a machine learning education startup that trained thousands of students globally and that I led until its acquisition in 2022. I did my graduate school at Stanford University in AI where I was advised by Christopher Manning.
