Why this topic matters

As the Head of Growth at Shopify, I have to balance rapid experimentation with long-term vision, which often breaks all the old rules of growth. We optimize for long-term success of the cohort of merchants we acquire, and we balance KPIs with intuition and taste. We look beyond short-term wins, and have a "hundred-year mindset. Join my lesson to learn the insider growth frameworks from Shopify.
