Imposter Syndrome, for many is a ‘dirty secret’. It’s easy to believe that everyone around us is filled with confidence and has got it all under control. The reality is that that even the most professional, most career-driven, most-senior amongst us have regularly encountered feelings of being an imposter throughout their lives.

During my career of supporting individual and business performance in advertising, business and leadership development, one thing is clear; Imposter Syndrome is incredibly common and something that most of us will encounter at some point in our careers. The important thing is to recognise when it is present and to build skills to overcome Imposter Syndrome when it is preventing us from doing what we really want to do.

This course brings the latest knowledge from the behavioural sciences to you. More importantly, you will learn the techniques and steps to successfully apply the learning day-to-day. You will develop your own Imposter Syndrome toolkit for practical application to reduce its impact, improve our sense of belonging and make us more able to pursue the goals that really matter to us.
