I’m Cesc Vilanova, a product leader and founder based in Barcelona. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across startups and enterprises, helping conceptualize, build and scale digital products.

Trained in film and visual communication, I bring a strong storytelling lens to product design. I also spent 8 years in the video game industry, shaping gameplay experiences as a video game designer.

I’ve been a first PM, CPO, and co-CEO. One venture was acquired; another didn’t make it. I led digital transformation at Flight Centre as Chief Product Officer and recently worked as a fractional product leader at Digital Fuel Capital (DFC), guiding product strategy across their portfolio.

Now I run Agent Studio, where since 2023, we help companies use generative AI and no-code to streamline operations and unlock new product opportunities. Our work blends rapid prototyping with strategic clarity.

We’ve trained hundreds across startups, corporates, and PE teams on AI. We also help early-stage startups clarify their vision, validate ideas, and raise funding.
