Agentic Buildcamp: Build → Break → Fix → Distribute → Fail → Pivot → Monetize

Amir Feizpour, PhD

Founder at Aggregate Intellect

A cognitive gym where AI agents build, and entrepreneurs sharpen their judgement

You know something most people don't, and your most recent jobs haven't given you room to have an impact with it. So you've been trying to build a product or service yourself with AI agents, but:

  • projects stall at 60% done

  • the bar for what's expected keeps moving

  • the engineering or business complexity overwhelms you

🟢 HOW WE HELP

Here you get reps on killing ideas that aren't worth your time, hearing the objection your buyer hasn't said out loud, and building until something you made is worth paying for.

🟢 PROGRAM

  1. Day one, you start building. We help you set up (eg. Claude Code) and ideate.

  2. Week 1: To build momentum we do a group stand-up every day to give you feedback. You do your first recorded demo on Sunday.

  3. Mentors and peers give you feedback so that you can drop parts of your idea that don't work, refine the rest.

  4. You shift to building or figuring out distribution and monetization, guided by Sherpa-b with async access to mentors via Slack. Then you demo more, on Sunday.

  5. Week 4: we do daily stand-ups again to prep you to present your shipped agent in a public showcase on the last Friday.

  6. You (might) come back for another cohort to continue building with us.

What you’ll learn

This isn't just another course. You'll walk away with tangible assets that advance your career and concrete skills that set you apart.

  • Design and build an agentic AI application around a problem you actually care about — not a preset exercise.

  • Deploy it to production and present at the public demo to hundreds of attendees.

  • Leave with a showcase-ready project you can show to employers, clients, or investors.

  • Work through 30 guided workflows from problem framing and evaluation design to deployment and go-to-market via an MCP server in Claude Code

  • A structured process that transfers across tools and tool generations — not a framework that obsoletes in 6 months.

  • Each workflow produces a concrete artifact (problem framing doc, eval dataset, architecture spec) that carries forward and feeds your build

  • A tested ICP: not a guess, a hypothesis you've actually put in front of real people

  • A distribution channel you've run, not just planned: outreach, content, or a launch you've actually executed

  • A monetization or pricing hypothesis you've stress-tested, not just modeled in a spreadsheet

Who this course is for

  • Biz or Tech Entrepreneurs - You want to build an agentic MVP to test the feasibility of your startup idea.

  • Hands-on Product or Operations Managers - You want to build an agentic MVP to explore a new feature in your existing product / process

  • Developers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists - You want to build an agentic MVP to demonstrate your skills for career progression purposes.

Prerequisites

  • Lots of enthusiasm to build

Most participants fail because they're not there to build. Outside of that we don't expect you to bring much prior experience

  • Agentic Coding

You will use a CLI tool (eg. Claude Code) as the primary way to learn and build (we provide resources for this)

  • Git

Since we use coding agents heavily, you need good version control set up (we provide resources for this)
