Cohort-based Course

You're a woman who feels stuck and unfulfilled at work, but you don't know what to do about it. This course delivers a clear path forward.

Course overview

Whether you're conscious of it or not, feeling stuck is a choice.

If you’re thinking, “Isn’t everyone stuck?” The answer is: "No, you've just gotten used to it." Part masterclass, part group coaching, in three dynamic sessions you'll implement the simple tools that have helped hundreds of women go from feeling stuck to empowered professionally.

This course is designed for:

01

Women with 5-15 years experience in the same field, industry, or job who "have it all" on paper, but quietly wonder "What's next?"

02

Female team or project leaders (not just at work), who are more at ease adapting to other people's needs than asserting their own.

03

Women who have already done some therapy or coaching, but are looking for actionable tools to shed outdated patterns and build new habits.

Join this course if you want to:

Identify why you're feeling stuck and release the grip of the limiting beliefs that keep you stuck.

Why is your fear of change bigger than your fear of staying stuck? We'll do a "belief breakdown" to uncover habitual beliefs that are convincing you you're too much, or not enough, to deserve and achieve more. You'll discern routine thoughts from real truths.

Radically improve how you speak to yourself (and others) about your current situation.

Feeling stuck has multiple shades and flavors. The more specific you are about your feelings, the easier you can get through them. You'll harness emotional granularity, a neuro-linguistic tool that helps you better assess and articulate what you need and want.

Clarify and assert what you want right now and design a tiny new habit that brings you closer to that goal.

Flip your fear-based scripts and tap into the feeling you want more of in your life. This point of view will be a lever for defining the easiest, next best step to implement in your life. You'll design a progress loop, a simple plan to bring more of what you want into your life.

Activate a "Lots of Little Wins" mindset that harnesses the power of incremental progress.

Baby steps are better than no steps at all. Instead of waiting in vain for a quick, overnight solution, you'll activate a strategy of small, incremental progress that compounds over time. This "lots of little wins" mindset will reshape how you approach success across the board.

Certified Career Transformation Coach

All of the boxes are checked. You’re great at what you do. You get accolades and promotions. But hiding behind door #2, aka your gut, do you believe there’s a more fulfilled you? You’re dying to meet this fierce woman, but you’re scared of what her potential might unleash.

Ring any bells? It sure does to me.

This scenario has played out multiple times in my life. First, it got me on a one-way flight to Paris from my native Brooklyn twenty three years ago. Then to leave a full-time journalism gig to launch my own online publication. After six years as a Marketing Director at Yelp, it inspired me to develop my passion for nurturing women’s potential as a certified career coach.

For as long as I can remember I’ve been fascinated by how people move past their fears and doubts to do amazing things. How they access that drive, focus and motivation.

That curiosity was my fuel as a journalist for ten years, and it defined my leadership at Yelp.

Since launching my coaching practice in 2018, it’s the full-bodied expression of everything I am and do best.

  • I’m super easy to talk to. There’s nothing I love more than making people feel safe, understood and laughing together with them. Often to the point of tears. I always wear waterproof mascara for that very reason.

  • I know how to nurture people's unique strengths. At Yelp I hired and nurtured dozen of (mostly female) community directors who became role models throughout the organization. Since I began my coaching practice, I've helped hundreds of women find meaning and joy in their careers by reframing the value of what they inherently do best.

  • I wear multiple lenses. My world is completely bicultural, down to the Parisian husband and the Franco-American kids. And that empowers my questioning. We’ll explore social and cultural traps that may be holding you back from multiple perspectives.

  • I'm a generous listener. My decade as a journalist honed my ear to listen between the lines and connect the dots to the bigger story: aka your goal within the goal.

  • I've been shaped by strong, inspiring women. I believe we need more diverse and positive female role models who are creative, empathetic and inclusive leaders in life and at work.

  • I’m a curious and perpetual learner. My happy place is tucking into a course, podcast or book in order to level up. Last year I earned my Certification of Applied Neuroscience from the The Neuroscience School. The course sharpened all of my coaching tools with the latest science-backed breakthroughs on neuroplasticity.

  • I'm a natural community builder. I love connecting people and bringing new alliances to life. My years of hosting team calls, workshops, and masterminds have made me skilled at drawing people together around a common cause and harnessing the inimitable intelligence of the group

I’ve built this course so that the woman behind door #2 feels safe easing out of her stuck situation, and into a whole new energy of empowering action. I've helped hundreds of women transform their careers using the tools in this course. It would be a privilege for me to share them with you.
