Almost 20 years of experience across various company stages, functions, industries, and regions with 12 years as leader/manager including Head of People at a Y Combinator unicorn, APAC Head of Commercial at KAYAK and Project Leader at BCG (Boston Consulting Group).

I am currently a coach and trainer for BCG's Consulting Foundations and Advanced Consulting Program and also a Whole Brain® Thinking and HBDI® certified practitioner.

What brings me the most fulfilment is seeing my people engaged, learning in their roles, growing in their careers, and most importantly making progress towards their life aspirations/dreams.
