Whey Han gave directions and knowledge that stay relevant to me up until today. In training, he gave real-life examples that were packaged into easy-to-digest points. Both as a manager and in giving structured lessons he is comprehensive and practical which allowed me to garner more skills quicker than I would have as a young manager.

I can feel the passion and that the priority is to help us succeed. Also I think that the advice/frameworks are super relevant and well-balanced. Love that we discourage the ideology of the feedback sandwich, which i believes helps us become better at giving helpful feedback.

Props for facilitating the session. I'm not sure if intentional but I noticed towards the end participation was sought from the quieter attendees, which I think was great for us to have a more varied discussion :)
