Cohort-based Course

Be more confident, more fulfilled, and less stressed managing your teams by being a people-first leader.

Course overview

Learn to be a people-first leader and build your very own team operating system

Turn your expectations of being a great manager on its head by being a people-first leader.

Most new managers focus on proving themselves by obsessing over numbers/results. Instead, obsess over the success of your people and the numbers/results will follow.

In this course, you will understand what it means to be a people-first leader, you will get practical frameworks and templates that you can easily apply, and you will be guided step-by-step to put together your very own team operating system.

95% of managers rated that they would recommend or strongly recommend the manager trainings I personally developed and facilitated to other managers.
