Depending on the cohort you join, you will get an introduction into sales, customer success or operations including what to expect day-to-day, what exact roles exist and what skills are required.

Job Search Strategy
Learn the best places to apply cold, which platforms to use to increase your odds of being put in front of hiring managers and how to stand out as the best applicant in such a competitive environment.

Effective Networking
Learn how to reach out cold to relevant people and build relationships within a new industry with effective scripts. Also learn how to land credible referrals, leverage second degree connections and maintain relationships in the long term.

Storytelling
Learn how to communicate your story to cold audiences using LinkedIn content in a way that attracts new opportunities to you. Also develop the storytelling skills you require convince hiring managers to take a chance on you as your transition from one role or industry to another.

Role-Specific Interviewing
Go through live interview scenarios & case studies with hiring managers and professionals in sales, customer success or operations so that you master the science of interviewing for those roles specifically.

Bonus: Compensation & Negotiation
Understand what to expect compensation-wise depending on the role, company and industry you decide to pursue. Learn how to research and plan for your negotiation conversations, tactics you can use to give you the best odds of securing the number you want and strategies to get companies to agree to your demands.

Join live coaching sessions with leaders working in the career track you are hoping to transition into. Participate in breakout rooms, get your questions answered and recap each video module.
Office Hours
Tuesdays & Thursdays
Attend office hours with a coach during the week based on your schedule to ask questions and dive deeper into the module for each week. Receive feedback around your projects in a group setting and get clarification on your next steps.
Weekly projects
2 hours per week
Each week you will have specific projects to work on to ensure you are absorbing the knowledge from each module and applying it right away to start building momentum in your transition.
Fireside Chats
1 hour
Join ONE live session with a leaders in your specific career track that has risen through the ranks at companies like LinkedIn, Shopify and Google. Submit questions before hand to get them answered and get inside information on how to stand out.
