She has held senior editorial positions at some of Australia's top media companies. She's also the founder of The Progress Club (previously known as A Girl In Progress), which has educated, entertained and inspired over a million readers.


Emma's two books— Progress Over Perfection and the accompanying workbook — were internationally published with Quarto Publishing in NYC, and has sold over 65,000 copies in the first two years. As a psychology-trained coach, she's helped over 6000 people overcome procrastination and creative perfectionism.

3-4 hours per week

  • Weekly group workshops

    1.5 hours per week

    In our interactive group workshops, I'll take you through every step of the pitch process: from nailing your angle to finding your contact's email and maximizing exposure.

  • Group co-working sessions

    1 hour per week

    Take part in focused virtual coworking session, where you'll get dedicated time to work on your pitch and article draft.

  • Weekly projects

    1 hour per week

    Submit your pitch and article drafts for review, and get personalized feedback from a professional editor.
