And if there is one thing I learnt, it is that building the right organisation on time is not as easy as it seems, especially in the case of startups and SMEs!
I’m building this course because most HR professionals in small organisations do not have the time, the experience and/or the authority to develop the models that the business really needs to thrive.

In this module, you will design efficient performance management frameworks that work for YOUR company.

✅ Implement simple and cost-effective L&D tools (templates provided)

Each workshop is interactive and designed to allow for questions, practice and feedback.
At the end of each workshop, you'll have homework for the next session.
Friday: Ask Me Anything sessions
Live session - 45 minutes
Fridays at 11am - 11.45am SGT
3 sessions across the 4 weeks.
These sessions don't have a specific agenda, other than providing feedback on your work and answering your questions. They're casual, open-ended and insightful!
Graduation
Live session - 1.5 hours
Wed, Oct 11th 11am - 12.30pm SGT
A good plan needs to be communicated, and you'll learn that too!
During the last session you'll present your plan to the group and get constructive feedback.
