Over the years, I have advised hundreds of founders on how to do build positive and performing organisations that scale, whether one-to-one or as a mentor for accelerator programmes such as Google For Startups, AWS or Accelerating Asia.


And if there is one thing I learnt, it is that building the organisation is never on the CEO's priority list until it is too late!


I’m building this course because investing time on the organisation early stage is indeed quite counterintuitive for most. But it is essential to go through hyper-growth in one piece! Having worked with several series B startups, I saw first hand how difficult it is to build for the future when you are already in fire-fighting mode. As a result, the organisation very quickly lags behind the business needs, performance goes done, attrition surges and overall morale drops.


So if you’re an early stage founder and you want to get your startup prepared in time for scale, then this course is for you.


I come with 10 years at Google in various HR leadership roles across EMEA and APAC, and another 8 years supporting tech startups in building their People Strategy.


Through the years, I have developed a practical methodology for founders on how to build the right organisation for their startup, which I describe in my book From Zero to 1,000: The Organisational Playbook For Startups.
