I was born and raised in Taiwan, came to the U.S. for graduate school, and received my PhD in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Over the past 20+ years, I have worked across Washington D.C., Beijing, and Silicon Valley in consulting, research, customer insights, and strategy roles.

After years of helping organizations understand people, behavior, and change, I became increasingly interested in a deeper question: How do professionals navigate uncertainty, identity, and growth in a rapidly changing world?

That question led me to develop the Navigation Framework, combining strategy, reflection, neuroscience, and real-world experience to help thoughtful professionals navigate career and life transitions with greater clarity and intention.
