Course overview
In a world where burnout is rising and productivity is plateauing, the 4-day work week has emerged as a bold new approach to working smarter—not just harder. But cutting a day from the calendar doesn’t automatically improve output. It takes mindset shifts, data-driven clarity, and systems that prioritize what truly matters.
This course is designed to help professionals, team leads, and decision-makers harness lessons from real-world 4-day work week experiments to create high-impact results with less time.
You’ll learn how to use data as your compass to reduce wasted effort, optimize collaboration, and increase team focus while avoiding the traps of hustle culture and performative busyness.
Through interactive sessions, simulations, and hands-on frameworks, participants will:
1. Explore why traditional time management is failing modern teams.
2. Use data to identify hidden inefficiencies and performance drains.
3 . Shift from time-based to outcome-based productivity models.
4. Design team rituals and systems that support deep focus in fewer hours.\
5 .Lead with clarity, not chaos—building sustainable momentum across workweeks.
6. Each session includes live teaching, real company case studies, group discussions, and individual reflection.
By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with a customized action plan to work fewer hours, make better decisions, and drive greater impact—without burning out your team or yourself.

Understand the hidden costs of “looking busy” versus real output
We’ll unpack why activity doesn’t always equal impact—and how staying busy can actually hold you back. You’ll learn to spot vanity productivity and shift your efforts toward work that truly drives results for your team and organization.
Learn how to identify and eliminate time leaks and shallow work
Not all hours are created equal. You’ll learn to detect the silent time-wasters that drain energy and momentum—like excessive meetings, reactive work, or vague priorities—and replace them with structure and focus.
Analyze global case studies of successful 4-day week experiments
We’ll explore real-world examples from companies that have embraced the 4-day work week—what worked, what failed, and why. These case studies will help you draw insights to build a realistic and effective model for your own team.
Use data to define what high-impact work looks like
High-impact work often hides behind the noise. You’ll learn how to use data to clarify what really moves the needle in your role or team—and ensure you're spending your limited hours on the things that matter most.
Apply decision frameworks that enable faster, smarter prioritization
With less time, every decision matters. We’ll introduce you to decision-making models like the 80/20 Rule, OODA Loop, and RAPID, helping you choose wisely, act quickly, and keep things moving without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
Communicate priorities clearly and align team efforts with measurable outcomes
You’ll learn how to lead with clarity, setting expectations, reducing back-and-forth, and aligning your team around shared goals. This means less confusion, more ownership, and momentum that’s actually sustainable.
Build a roadmap to reduce work hours without reducing results
This isn’t about wishful thinking—it’s about strategic change. You’ll walk away with a clear, tailored plan that helps you or your team achieve more in less time, backed by data, tools, and a fresh mindset.

As a data nerd with more than 20 years practical experience in digital analytics I have a passion for unlocking the potential of marketing and business in analytics data.
Currently a Director of Data Innovation at IIH Nordic, the company I co-founded in 2005, my job is to drive business growth for our clients through data insights. In connection with this I have worked with hundreds of analytics setup from huge B2C businesses like IKEA, LEGO and Apple to complex B2B companies like UNITY, Microsoft and GE.
I was also for almost 10 years a teacher in Google’s “Train the Trainer” program, where I taught both other agencies and Google staff - for Google - how to get operational value out of Google Analytics.
I have shared this knowledge around the world from Silicon Valley to Mumbai and from Vancouver to Dubai trying to make complex ideas relatable and operational.
Beyond speaking, I also serve on industry juries, boards, and educates future analysts and for more than 15 years I have tried to be a active and sharing voice in the industry by hosting, arranging and participating in free peer events like Web Analytics Wednesday, Digital Analytics Hub and MeasureCamps around the world.
