I am a co-leadership coach and leader who is passionate about helping others move forward in their careers while maintaining a work-life balance.
I can proudly say that the clients I work with are better prepared to solve difficult work challenges and feel more confident to take on larger leadership roles. I provide them with the skills, frameworks and tools they need to lead successfully with their co-leadership partner.
I have a Master of Advanced Studies in Management, Technology and Economics from ETH Zurich, one of Europe's leading universities, and a Master in Information Systems and Technologies. My professional experience has taught me how to create connections based on trust so that we can build competent, committed and high-performing teams.
This course is based on the courses I have taught over the past few years as I have facilitated and coached other leaders in co-leadership positions. I want to equip you with the skills and support you need to grow in your career and become influential leaders and help you achieve the career you want.
I also co-led a successful project for three years that equipped me with practical experience on how to work more effectively and efficiently, deliver higher quality and - last but not least - have more fun working together.

Meetings will be recorded if you can't join us live! We'll have two optional calls, the kickoff (March 6) and the graduation (March 10). Both are highly encouraged but you won't miss out on any course material if you can't make it, but you might miss out on the fun. :)
