Course overview

Develop a Mindfulness Habit that works for you

Dose of Calm helps you develop and commit to a mindfulness practice so you can tap into a renewed sense of energy, clarity, and direction every single day.


You'll get teachings on different types of meditation so you can experiment with what works best for you, experience live guided meditations with Sam and a live cohort x3/week, and get mentorship so you finally get to feel what everyone's been so jazzed on with mindfulness.


This program is split into four phases:


1. Design your unique approach. Learn how to tweak your approach to mindfulness to suit you and your lifestyle best. Experience clear thinking after each session.

2. Go deeper. Fine-tune your practice by using the breath, body-based cues, and other strategies to tap into deep thinking.

3. Test yourself. Practice on your own without the training wheels of guided meditation. Get to know your blockers IRL and get async support to move through them.

4. Embed. We practice live together for the fourth and final week where you'll start to see the long-term benefits and habit-forming motivation take shape. We wrap up and celebrate on August 4.

I'm a certified Meditation Teacher, Leadership Coach, and Startup Advisor.


My story began over 15 years ago when I found yoga and meditation as powerful tools for self-healing alongside a demanding marketing career.


After a 100-hour Vipassana silent meditation retreat, I was called to serve the community through healing modalities. I enlisted in training after training across mindfulness, communication, relationships, and more, while I continued to work in corporate marketing.


Now, I am a full-time leadership coach and meditation teacher, bringing my business experience and holistic training together. My approach is grounded and practical. I understand the friction that can surface between personal and professional spheres, as well as how to balance them.


I've trained CEOs and founders in the power of mindfulness, and host a weekly meditation group IRL in my local community. I’ve designed corporate offsites, guided bridal parties through Big Day Meditations, and volunteered at music festival emergency tents. I have seen it all.


This skill allows leaders, achievers, and dreamers to breakthrough to more whole, aligned lives.

  • Kickoff July 10

    9:00am-9:30am PT

    Welcome and onboarding: Meet the group who will be on this journey together and start testing a few meditation tools to see which ones suit you. This will be recorded and sent immediately following.

  • Week One: July 10-July 13

    30 minutes, x3/week

    We decide which days + times work for the group so everyone can attend live. All sessions recorded.

  • Week Two: July 17-July 20

    30 minutes, x3/week

    We decide which days + times work for the group so everyone can attend live. All sessions recorded.

  • Week Three: July 24-July 27

    No Live Calls - Self-Guided Practice

    This is your "lab" week to explore how you practice without live support. Async Q&A as you experiment.


    Next week we pick it back up so that you finish a full 4 weeks of meditation, understanding what comes up when the training wheels come off.

  • Week Four: July 31-August 4

    30 minutes, x3/week

    We decide which days + times work for the group so everyone can attend live. All sessions recorded.
