Reid Hamilton is the Managing Director at Founder Institute-NY and is the Executive Director of the NYC Innovation Collective. Previously, he led Verizon’s 5G Studio at Newlab and the 5G Development Hub in Montreal. Reid frequently consults for startups and venture programs around the globe on finance and fundraising.
Before venturing into the startup ecosystem, Reid spent over a decade in investment and strategic advisory roles, helping public and private companies with fundraising, partnerships, and M&A
He received his MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management in 2019 and his Bachelor’s in Environmental Economics from Western Washington University.
