Establishing process frameworks to enable design-product-engineering workflows, collaborating with product managers, designers, researchers and engineers

Learn about various tools successful companies leverage to gather data , generate user insights and identify problems. We will also discuss frameworks to identify the "right" problem

Framing the Problem

Discover how framing the problem is critical to gain alignment and approvals within the organization. We will also cover best practices in reframing that can springboard your team into ideation mode.

Solution Playbook

Explore different techniques for idea generation including solo and group brainstorming. We will also discuss idea validation and prioritization.

I am a Product Design Leader at Uber and based in San Francisco/Bay Area. I work at the interaction of human-centered design and emerging technology.

I have 15+ years of experience in helping startups and large organizations such as Amazon and Samsung achieve Product-User Fit.


I have taught Design Thinking at Stanford University, corporate workshops and schools around the world. I am a design mentor at First Round Capital and mentor startups and professionals in the area of UX/Product design.


I am passionate about building products people love and helping founders adopt a user centered mindset and identify the right problems to solve.
