    Tuesday, Sep 26, 1:00pm - 2:30pm ET

    In the first live workshop, you'll:

    • Define what 'end user success' looks like for your product (even if you have a complex product or a multi-segment audience).
    • Map out your ideal customer journey, which will become the foundation of your onboarding email sequence.
  • Module 2: Nudge users toward their "nirvana."

    Thursday, Sep 28, 1:00pm - 2:30pm ET

    Once you know what success looks like for your users, it's now time to:

    • Guide users to their "Aha" moment using the 3 components BJ Fogg's behavior model.
    • Identify gaps in your content and resources to help users get the most out of your product.
  • Module 3: Craft CTAs that close the deal.

    Tuesday, Oct 3, 1:00pm - 2:30 pm ET

    When the users have finally seen the light and experienced your product's value, the next step is to:

    • Show them the value of upgrading to a paid plan and purchasing your product.
    • Guiding them to a salesperson or customer success team member to close the deal.
  • Module 4: Power it up with personalization.

    Go beyond adding users' first names to personalize your onboarding emails. In this workshop, you'll:

    • Segment your onboarding email sequence based on unique factors to your product, including user intent or job function.
