As founder of Loaded Career and the Product Leadership Accelerator, Chidi Afulezi is a product leader and educator who helps professionals and organizations realize their full potential through proven product management frameworks.
As a product coach and consultant, he has guided hundreds of leaders and teams to create measurable value in their work.
Through redKola Digital, his product management and digital transformation consultancy, Chidi coaches senior leaders and product teams across industries in the US, Europe, and Africa.
He serves as Head Faculty for Product at CRA's Public Sector Fellowship and ALU School of Business, while also teaching Product Management at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
His extensive product leadership experience includes executive roles at AT&T, Sony Music, Time Warner, CNN, and Turner Broadcasting.
