Throughout my career, I have invested in and helped scale multiple entrepreneurial businesses to market leading positions.
I do that by applying the scientific methods used to create motivation, healthy habits and behaviors that benefit the individuals, teams and companies I work with.
And while I learned most of my lessons from the school of hard knocks, I hold a MSc in Engineering, a post graduate diploma in leadership and a professional coach certification.
I'm a business owner, dad of twin daughters, avid triathlete and multiple Ironman finisher with a 15+ hour training schedule per week, a.k.a. I don't have time to waste! As such, I had to find and apply the right tools and methods to achieve my goals while staying sane and being the best husband and dad I can be.
In this course, you will learn and apply the tools and techniques to manufacture your motivation, control your time and stay focused on the things that matter.
