Ace Your Interview, Elevate Your Design Career

Introducing The Product Designer’s Interview Guide…The Course 💥.

In three transformative weeks, you'll master the art of telling your story. We'll go beyond the usual prep, helping you create human-centered narratives that blend your creativity, business strategy, and product mindset to make you stand out in interviews. 🎯

This course isn’t just about aceing the interview—it's about knowing yourselfWe’ll start by taking a deep dive into where you are now, where you want to go, and your unique superpowers. With hands-on exercises, personalized feedback, inspiring guest speakers, and self-evaluation techniques, you'll gain a clear view of your strengths and areas for refinement.

You’ll finish the course with a fresh perspective, a clearer vision of the entire interview process, and the tools to reshape your case studies, resume, and portfolio. You'll learn to communicate your work's true impact in a way that resonates on a human level. By the end, you’ll know exactly what’s expected of you at each interview stage, with relevant talking points reflecting the depth of your work, unique approach, and personal brand.

📣 the final session is a digital networking event where design leaders and managers step in to offer feedback, share their wisdom, and maybe even scout for talent. Whether actively hiring or not, they’re invested in helping the next wave of designers succeed. Gregor Matheson (Remote.com), Michelle Siegel (Thrivent, Prev IDEO, Expedia), Claire Hevel (Thrivent), Carl Wheatley (Meta), Mel Allums (Prev PayPal, Google), Radu Vucea (AR/VR at Meta), and Alan Wexelblat (Thrivent, Prev Wayfair) have committed to the cause, with an additional 3 leaders on the way.

We don't have standards for how we interview designers. We don't have defined ways in which we speak about our work, or how we pack and unpack case studies. This is a great start! Congrats on putting this together!
