Course overview
For too long, designers have been stuck retelling their work through a purely technical, process-heavy lens. Over three transformative weeks, we’ll dive into something different—crafting human-centered stories around your work that blend creative thinking, business strategy, and product mindset.
This course goes beyond the typical storytelling workshop—it's designed to help you create truly impactful, human-centered case studies that capture the full depth of your work.
Through hands-on exercises, personalized feedback, and real-world applications, you’ll leave the course with a fresh perspective, a new set of tools, and one powerful case study that does more than show your process—it tells a story that resonates on a human level, showcasing the real impact of your designs.
📣 And here’s the best part... the final session is a digital networking event, where design leaders and managers are stepping in to offer feedback, share their wisdom, and maybe even scout for talent. Whether they’re actively hiring or not, they’re invested in helping the next wave of designers succeed. So far, Gregor Matheson, Carl Wheatley, Mel Allums, Radu Vucea ⭐️, and Alan Wexelblat have committed to the cause, with an additional five leaders on the way.
I'm passionate about democratizing design and creating space for talented people to connect with opportunities they’ve been missing. High-quality applications and outreach shouldn’t go unnoticed, and I believe this platform gives you the chance to show your work in a meaningful way.

Hi, I'm Meghan 👋
I lead the design experience for Thrivent's Digital Advisor Portfolio.
I’ve spent the last 10 years working across multiple tech verticals. At Lever, I spearheaded custom permissions and data compliance initiatives, handled top-secret data for Twilio’s account security projects, visualized complex data using machine learning tools at Amplitude, and designed equitable solutions for car-repair assessments at RepairPal, among other impactful work.
I recently released the Product Designer's Interview Playbook, reaching an audience of over 500k designers across the community. I’m deeply passionate about neurodivergence in design, storytelling, and ensuring that design learning and growth are accessible to all communities.
