Let's build a hiring process that helps you hire twice as fast, at half the cost

Would you like happy Hiring Managers, a pipeline of great candidates & more time for HR tasks? If you answered, "Yes", to any of the above, then this course will show you how to build, document and communicate a solid hiring framework that delivers consistent results across all departments.


I've worked with dozens of HR Teams and Founders and I've consistently seen recruitment drives fail due to a lack of planning and communication leading to confusion and misaligned expectations.


The good news is that it is easier than you think to dramatically reduce your time-to-hire to save tens of thousands in agency fees so that you can reallocate budget to what matters most. You will also be given access to a range of templates to customize and save hours of work.


This course has been specifically designed for people working at start-ups or smaller businesses that do not have the funding to hire a large talent acquisition team. Whilst this is a foundational course, jargon free for non-recruiters, you'll walk away with all the knowledge and strategies needed to make a ongoing impact to your hiring goals to help you get ahead of your competitors.


Whilst I would encourage students to share amongst peers in the course, all students will have access to some 1-2-1 time to ask me anything if they prefer.

We'll use the aggregation of marginal gains to make smaller adjustments that help with Hiring Manager adoption and deliver incremental improvements.

Understand how to automate your recruitment outreach so that you can focus on other critical tasks

Automation can have a negative connotation in a people focus area such as recruitment, but subtle automation will aid your selection process, save your Hiring Managers time and effort and improve your candidate's experience.

Learn to think from the key three perspectives

Many companies begin a hiring drive from the company point of view. We'll look at this from a candidate's point of view. What resonates with them? Why should they choose you over your competitors? Are interviewers able to see an opportunity to candidates? (Not always the case)

  • Tuesday 16th May, 2023 (Module 1)

    10:00am - 12:00pm GMT

    We'll take a look at the Hiring Loop framework to help you identify any gaps within your process and identify quick wins. We'll then look at your tool stack, careers page, current or future vacancies and introduce you to the Talent Triangle concept.

  • Group Revision / Q&A Session

    1 Hour (TBC)

    An optional drop-in session for any additional support you might need completing the previous module.

  • Tuesday May 23rd, 2023 (Module 2)

    10:00am - 12:00pm GMT

    In module 2, we'll delve deeper into talent attraction strategies, both inbound and outbound, to see that you don't need to be Google or Tesla to attract amazing candidates. I'll also show you how to set up a fully semi-automated campaign to save your time and People Team budget.

  • Group Revision / Q&A Session

    1 Hour (TBC)

    An optional drop-in session for any additional support you might need completing the previous module.

  • Tuesday 6th June, 2023 (Module 3 - ATS Setup)

    10:00am - 12:00pm GMT

    Some of you may be using Excel, Google Sheets, the HRIS or an ill-configured applicant tracking system to manage recruitment campaigns. I'll show you the best way to set up an ATS so that you have all the settings, templates and filtering in place to be as hands off as possible.

  • Tuesday 13th June, 2023 (Module 4)

    10:00am - 12:00pm GMT

    A look at additional tooling, costing, communication, reporting and documentation. You'll see some of the best tools Recruiters use, how to keep Hiring Managers engaged and where to document new procedures so that they can form part of your onboarding process for new Managers.

  • Group Revision / Q&A Session

    1 Hour (TBC)

    An optional drop-in session for any additional support you might need completing the previous module.

  • One-to-One Sessions, Flexible

    30-minutes

    Aside from the group coaching and Q&A's, each student will get a 30-minute session to ask me anything.
