In this 5-part series you learn to recognize the universal patterns and principles of change and apply them in your own life. As you master it in yourself, you can see and scale change in the organization as well.


Mastering reinvention is the first of Six Leadership Fluencies covered in the Lead Like a Futurist program. From there, the other 5 Fluencies build on that foundational skill of adaptability. Weekly office hours for coaching

Course schedule

2-4 hours per week

  • Wednesdays, 9am-10:30am CST

    We meet for 5 sessions, over 6 weeks (vacation week 7/1-7/10), June 19-July 26, 2024.

  • Weekly Office Hours

    2 sessions, 1 hour each

    One coaching session hosted each week by Cecily, and one by Chris. These sessions are open to others, so coaching will be done with an audience of your peers (whoever shows up).


    The 2 sessions are intended to meet varied time zones. 9:00AM CT and 3:00PM CT
