Our six-session program is designed to provide you with all the knowledge and tools you need to succeed in your coaching journey. As an Agile Coach, you understand how important it is to be continually learning and growing, and that's where we come in.
Our program will help you develop advanced coaching skills and learn how to work with senior management to drive transformational change. You'll also discover how to be influential and work on system change through complexity lenses, as well as how to deal with difficult conflicts.

- Develop advanced coaching techniques that go beyond active listening and powerful questions

- Understand the principles of complex adaptive systems, and how they apply to Agile transformation
- Learn about methods and tools that will help you to shift the patterns in the organization
- Learn how to identify the various forces that impact change in your organization
Session 5: Dealing with Difficult Conflicts
- Understand the nature of conflict and when to intervene and when not
- Learn how to identify sources of conflict and address conflict in a constructive manner
- Learn how to moderate difficult conversations and find solutions
Session 6: Personal Style and Brand of an Agile Coach
- Define your personal brand and unique selling points
- Identify your blind spots and limiting beliefs that are hindering you from using your fullest potential
- Learn how to communicate your value proposition to your team and organization
