Hi, I’m Jonathan Raymond — author of Good Authority and a leadership coach for over a decade. My work is about helping leaders and teams break through the habits that keep them disconnected from themselves and each other, so they can do their best work without burning out or losing what matters most.

I’ve coached CEOs, founders, and executives at companies of all sizes, and I’ve led leadership training programs on four continents. Along the way, I’ve learned that most of the challenges we face aren’t really about strategy or skill gaps — they’re about our relationship to ourselves, to feedback, and to the people we lead.

I created this course to give you a practical, human-centered approach you can apply right away — no corporate jargon, no empty pep talks. Just a blend of real-world leadership tools, deep self-awareness work, and honest conversations about what it takes to lead well today.
