John Franck

John's role as an operations manager made him realize how critical new employee training is when he regularly hired and trained 20 employees a year. After moving into the tech industry he experienced the lack of specific onboarding to navigate his own first 90 days. His move to management gave him a unique perspective on what happens when employees don't onboard well. This prompted his first book Every Product Manager's First 90 Days. Leveraging the success of the first book he is currently co-authoring two more First 90 day books.
