Jessi Freitag

Productivity Nerd & Project Management, and Operations Consultant

Hi! I'm Jessi. I've always been fascinated by getting things done and productivity and actually got a little too good at it when I burned out in 2018. I realized that I wanted to figure out how to be an effective operations leader while taking care of myself.

From 2019-2021, I led the operations and marketing of a packaged food industry startup from 2 employees to 30 and 10 stores to 2,000, while building out a manufacturing facility, and practiced a lot of new methods for scaling that didn't involve (usually - I am human) pushing myself into burnout. Now I provide operations support to packaged food, beverage, and supplement companies (from solopreneurs, to influencers, to Fortune 500 firms) on a fractional basis. I also host The Startup CPG Podcast, a top industry podcast for early stage food and beverage entrepreneurs.

Why I started this course

Balancing work and home to-do lists in an ever-increasing paced environment is hard. I'm constantly reading new books, testing new tools, and rounding up resources for clients and 1:1 coaching and wanted to design a course that teaches you the best pieces and hopefully makes your job a little easier.
