What you’ll get out of this course

Go beyond the buzzwords & move from theory to reality

Awareness. Behavior. Culture. Human Risk Management. Let's face it, all of these are just buzzwords attempting to define our purpose, but with limited success. This is about unlocking expert & peer-proven strategies to win hearts & minds, drive secure behaviors, & reduce risk.

Embrace a trifecta of strategies designed to support your growth: Cheerleading, Challenging, and Coaching

Benefit from support that celebrates your achievements, challenges to push you out of your comfort zone, and coaching to help guide your strategic and tactical decisions. This is a one-of-a-kind group that will help take you and your program to the next level.

Learn to navigate the complexities of obtaining and maintaining leadership and organizational buy-in

Equip yourself with the skills to successfully obtain and maintain leadership and organizational buy-in. Learn to navigate the intricate dynamics of persuading stakeholders and securing their continued support.

Gain a roadmap to empathy, inclusion, and accessibility

Security awareness programs can only be successful when they truly value those with whom they are communicating. Learn to develop program elements that will make your audience feel understood and valued.

Explore the technical side: Harness AI, OSINT, phishing, and other tech-based techniques for good

Tools aren't everything. And security teams have been known to misuse strategies like phishing when they don't begin with correct end goals in mind. Learn how to explore the dark side while maintaining empathy, respect, and in ways that can build relationships with employees.

The best security behaviors are the ones you never think about, that get ingrained as habits and become part of who you are. Perry's exploration of security as a cultural force, created by processes and communications but separate from them, is a unique look into precisely that zone of our identity.

Perry's forgotten more on human element security than the rest of us will even know! Perry understands how our brains work, and how that affects our propensity to be both duped by bad guys and engaged by security awareness content. He's one of my go-to people in the field.
