Empowering Technical Founders with Pragmatic Business Strategies

Course overview

Describe the transformation students will have in your course

This is pragmatic business. This course is built for Founders who want to start a six-figure business and grow it to seven-figures. People come to me for coaching because my focus is on technology Founders building a small business from the ground up.

I built my business, literally, overnight. In my first year, I went from being laid off to picking up Airbus and Siemens as clients. I have 0 illusions of perfection. I made mistakes along the way. Quickly identifying the root cause and rapidly improving allowed me to build a thriving business.

Each section fills in the knowledge gaps I see in Founders. As a startup advisor and mentor, I am brought in to help smooth out some early mistakes that can hobble a business. Each lesson covers a concept Founders, myself included, wish someone had explained upfront.

This is foundational knowledge for small business Founders. Preview the introduction where I explain each section and provide deeper insight into the outcomes you can expect from taking this course.
