I noticed people struggle to decide on the next skill and course to take because their company strategy is evolving and the outside world sending unclear signals. I've consulted and trained hundreds of mid-career professionals to identify their future skills.

The basis for it was built with founding and building Evrlearn, the biggest upskilling marketplace in Switzerland. Together with leading Swiss Universities, I built the playbook for establishing a Circular Economy of Skills.
