We will look at different frameworks, verify numbers and trends on skill demand, demystify hypes, and build scenarios for the desired career outcome.

Session 2. How Non-linear Careers are Becoming the New Normal
Learn more about non-linear career path patterns, transferable skills, and how to build a skill-profile which makes you anti-fragile, which means making your career resilient to future changes and challenges, while also developing the ability to adapt through those challenges.

Session 3. How to create a Skill portfolio, to measure your Skill levels, and to identify your Genius zones
Learn how to create and design your skill portfolio, identify ways to measure your skill levels, and how to identify genius zones for your career ahead.

Session 4. Places to learn and building an action plan for a high ROI
Learn about how much to invest, and all about the diverse places & methods to build skills.
Plus: We will build a follow-up cohort of 5 additional sessions to build a committment towards one's own upskilling plan, and to leverage the the power of the group.
