Landing a job in Customer Success is more challenging than it ever was. The competition is tough, but that doesn't mean it's impossible.
Shifting the focus to finding ways to stand out from the crowd as an applicant is your new game plan, and that's what this program is all about! Tracsion is a 5-week interactive career search cohort for Customer Success professionals (and those with indirect Customer Success experience) who are ready to secure their next role in CS.
In this program, we're all about creating a job search system that works for you! You'll learn interview tactics, gain confidence along the way, and show up as your most qualified Customer Success self.
Here's how we make it happen:
1️⃣ First, we'll focus on defining your job search strategy. If you know what you're applying to, you're one giant step ahead of the crowd.
2️⃣ Then, we'll ensure your job search strategy and transferable skills are translated to your assets (think your resume, cover letter, and networking outreach). Yes, there will be a resume review!
Speaking of networking, we'll teach you how to make connections to help you land interviews.
3️⃣ Lastly, we'll work on creating an approach to interviews that feels authentic to you and helps you nail the interview.
Along the way, you'll be supported by Diana De Jesus who has helped hundreds of people land Customer Success jobs! She'll be leading the live lessons and office hours, and you'll have access to her in our dedicated community.
