Derya Isler

Derya is the current Vice President of Personalization at SiriusXM/Pandora. With a rich history, Derya has successfully led teams at major platforms, including Instagram Reels at Meta and Spotify’s Personalization team, the brains behind the beloved Daily Mix and Discover Weekly playlists. She has B.S. in Computer Engineering and an MBA and her broad experience spans startups to global corporations in diverse fields like finance and e-commerce. Beyond her impressive professional journey, she passionately supports women in her field as the founder of the Women in Product Boston Chapter and educates future leaders by teaching Machine Learning and Product Management at Boston College.
