Derya Isler
Derya is an AI executive with over 15 years of experience creating AI products that reach billions of users globally. She has successfully led teams at major platforms such as Instagram Reels at Meta and Spotify's Personalization team—the minds behind the beloved Daily Mix and Discover Weekly playlists. Her professional journey spans from startups to global corporations in industries like finance and e-commerce. Derya holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering and an MBA.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, she actively empowers women in technology as the founder of the Women in Product Boston Chapter. She also educates and inspires future leaders by teaching Machine Learning and Product Management at Boston College.
